Joint Culinary Center of Excellence evaluators pose with 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division food services personnel March 3 at the brigade headquarters. The JCCOE evaluators visited 3rd ABCT, 3rd ID as part of the 46th Annual Philip A. Connelly Competition. Currently, the brigade's Gibson Dining Facility is one of the top six DFACs Army-wide, and is competing for the title of Best Garrison DFAC. There are 189 DFACs around the world currently run by Army food service personnel.
