Unit Public Affairs Representatives (UPAR) from the 335th Signal Command and the 3rd Medical Command Deployment Support got a behind-the-scenes look at the Defense Video & Imagery Distribution system (DVIDS) to learn about the importance of military public affairs and how DVIDS distributes their unit’s work to various media outlets.
