Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Bruce Cummins photographs the activities of military health care providers and their patients during Cajun Care 2014 in Abbeville, La., Feb. 26. Cummins is a mass communications specialist with the Navy Medicine Education and Training Command. About 120 Air National Guard and Navy medical and dental personnel are providing care to civilians as part of the Department of Defense's Innovative Readiness Training Program, which is in its 20th year.
