Marines with the Maritime Raid Force, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, breach a hatch aboard a cargo vessel off the coast of Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 26. The Marines participated in a visit, board, search and seizure operation as part of Interoperability Maritime Training evaluated by Special Operations Training Group, I Marine Expeditionary Force. The exercise simulated a potential mission the 11th MEU might encounter during their deployment this summer.
