    An Iraqi girl offers a cup of lemonade to 1st Sgt. Brian Disque, a Philadelphia native, in the 9 Nissan District of eastern Baghdad, Sept. 18, 2008. Disque is the senior enlisted leader for Company C, 2nd Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad. He was part of a combined patrol with national policemen to remove unneeded and unwanted concertina wire from Beladiyat neighborhoods.
