Humanitarian supplies are loaded onto a truck at Najaf, Iraq on, Sept. 22, 2008. The supplies will be donated to internally displaced Iraqis at Camp Al-Manathera and includes shoes, childrens clothes, wheelchairs and burn medicine. The are over 230 families living at the camp.
