Humanitarian supplies are offloaded from an Iraqi C-130 at Najaf, Iraq on, Sept. 22, 2008. The supplies will be donated to internally displaced Iraqis at Camp Al-Manathera. The load consist of shoes, childrens clothes, wheelchairs and burn medicine.
