Staff Sgt. Jeremy Maglott, a combat medic with the 7236th Medical Support in Fort Bragg, N.C., is competing in the Army Reserve Medical Command’s prestigious Best Warrior Competition in Helena, Mont., Feb. 24–27, 2014. Currently, he works as a firefighter and emergency medical technician in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Maglott, a Galion native, is a military police combat veteran and has had multiple overseas deployments. He was decorated with a Combat Action Badge along with several other Army service medal during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
