Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Troy Padmore, assigned to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.1 mine-countermeasures team, prepares to launch an Atlas Elektronik SeaFox from an 8.5-meter rigid-hull inflatable boat in the Arabian Gulf, Feb. 10.
