Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Troy Padmore , left, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 1st Class Michael Ganousis, assigned to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.1 recover an Atlas Elektronik SeaFox from the water after training evolutions in the Arabian Gulf, Feb. 10. A SeaFox is a fiber-optic guided, one-shot underwater system used for semiautonomous disposal of ordnance found at sea. CTG-56.1 conducts mine countermeasures, explosive ordnance disposal, salvage diving, and force protection operations throughout the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
