Staff Sgt. Kristopher Stallard of the 426th Civil Affairs Battalion wins the 351st Civil Affairs Command Best Warrior Competition for the noncommissioned officer division here at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., Feb 14 2014. "The competition was tough because they added the German Armed Forces Badge for Military Proficiency Test. It was a close competition and I am honored to be here."
