Seaman Spencer Oxley is given his advancement exam back by John Rolon, chief boatswain's mate, after returning from a restroom break. Since the advancement exams are highly controlled items only chief petty officers and above are asked to assist as proctors. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the 5th Fleet/NAVCENT area of responsibility. Operations in the NAVCENT area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
