Tech. Sgt. Steven Coulter from the 380th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron clears an M4 before working on it Sept. 17, 2008. The Combat Arms Training and Maintenance S4C section is changing out front hand guards to 235 M4s. This impacts the mission because they are able to provide Security Forces members with the most up-to-date weapons equipment. This upgrade also gives ESFS the ability for their Airmen to carry the same rifle on a day-to-day basis that is zeroed to that individual instead of giving people a weapon that is mechanically zeroed. Sergeant Coulter is deployed from the 75th SFS at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. His hometown is Springfield, Ore.
