Petty Officer 2nd Class Herbert Smith, from Long Beach, Calif., uses a tractor to transfer an SH-60F Seahawk assigned to the "Black Knights" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 4 to the "Helo-hold" on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. The "Helo-hold" is located next to the Island and is used to stow helicopters after use. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the 5th Fleet/NAVCENT area of responsibility. Operations in the NAVCENT area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
