SoI volunteers participate in registration procedures on Sept. 18, 2008, at Joint Security Station Washash in the West Mansour District of Baghdad. To date, 15,000 of the 28,000 Baghdad SoIs have registered during the past five days. Registration is set to conclude Sept. 25, and all SoI who want to register with the GoI will be given the opportunity.
