Chief Billy Harger, a native of Pearl City, Hawaii, shows some Japanese school children where his hometown is located, Feb. 5, 2014. Harger is the team leader of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, which is in Hokkaido, Japan, taking part in the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The team sculpted a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of sailors to Sapporo to create a sculpture, and to serve as U.S. Navy good will ambassadors. The festival draws about 2 million spectators each year. (U.S. Navy photo by Senior Chief Mass Communication Specialist Daniel Sanford/Released)
