Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Justin Cable, a native of Nederland, Texas, smooths off the edge of a snow sculpture, Jan. 31, 2014. Cable is a member of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, which is attempting to build a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo for the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of sailors to the festival to create a sculpture, and to and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassadors.
