U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. James Hecker, 18th Wing commander, welcomes U.S. Army Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, United States Forces Korea commander, during a visit to Kadena Air Base, Japan, Jan. 29, 2014. This visit marks Scaparrottis first visit to Kadena since taking command of USFK in October 2013.
