Lance Cpl. Cameron L. Belk begins guiding a 7-ton truck Jan. 17 during reconnaissance, security, occupy, and position procedures Jan. 18 at the North Fuji Maneuver area. Belk and other Marines with 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, used RSOP prior to shooting an M777A2 lightweight 150mm howitzer during Artillery Relocation Training Program 13-4. Belk is an artilleryman with 1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, currently assigned to 3rd Battalion, 12th Marines, under the unit deployment program.
