    Following torrential rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Ike, The Indiana National Guard was called upon to assist civilian authorities in evacuating people from the flooded community of Munster, Indiana. Sgt. Cory Hasik of the 738th Medical Company out of Monticello, IN and Spc. Tim Sproles from the Camp Atterbury Public Affairs Office off-load a patient from a Hummer after rescuing her from the Munster Med-Inn. It became necessary to evacuate the more than 150 patients from the medical facility and redirect them to neighboring hospitals.
