Portuguese soldiers of Rapid Reaction Force, 2nd Parachute Infantry Battalion throw Molotov cocktails while providing fire phobia training to U.S. soldiers of Bravo Company, 2nd Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment during a Kosovo Force (KFOR) mission rehearsal exercise (MRE) at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, Jan. 22, 2014. The training prepares the unit to properly react to and mitigate the threat of improvised incendiary devices. The KFOR MRE is based on the current operational environment and is designed to prepare the unit for peace support, stability, and contingency operations in Kosovo in support of civil authorities to maintain a safe and secure environment.
