Citizen-soldiers from the Puerto Rico Army National Guard Landing Craft Detachment welcomed preschoolers at their vessel Jan. 23, 2014. The soldiers of the LCD are supporting the 190th and 130th engineer battalions by transporting construction equipment and supplies to be used in the Mosquito Bay. Here, Sgt.
