Gregory, commander of Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and the chief of Navy's Civil Engineering Corps (CEC) answers questions during a visit with NAVFAC Washington employees at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). Gregory thanked the employees for their hard work and flexibility over the past several months through the 2013 federal government shutdown and budget sequestration, the Washington Navy Yard shooting response, and the January 2014 polar vortex that produced a number of engineering challenges on JBAB.
