The members of the LCD are providing support to the PRARNG's engineers of the 130th and 190th engineer battalions by transporting personnel and construction equipment that will help improve the quality of life of the citizens of Vieques. The engineers will be conducting cleaning works for the next 15 days to the areas surrounding the world's most luminous bioluminescent bay, Mosquito Bay. (National Guard photo by Staff Sgt.
