Maj. Chritopher Murphy, the logistics officer for Headquarters Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, and an Amherst, N.H. native, displays the first fiction novel he has written, 'Nashua,' Jan. 9, 2014. The book is a detective novel set in the town of Nashua, the town where Murphy grew up. Murphy was inspired to write a novel while he was a police officer prior to joining the Marine Corps.
