Command Chief Master Sergeant of the Air National Guard James Hotaling visits the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio, Jan. 11, 2014. Hotaling is taking the time to introduce himself to units nationwide. Hotaling speaks with enlisted masses about his intentions to take their thoughts and suggestions into consideration to improve the enlisted force.
