Petty Officer 3rd Class Michael Fonseca, the senior line corpsman with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, observes Marines as they practically apply the fundamentals taught in the combat lifesaving class in Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania Jan. 8, 2014. The class is being taught to the Marines as part of the unit-wide squad competition. The first week of the competition will focus on the academic requirements necessary to complete future graded events.
