Michael Sawyers and Blake McClain practice defensive drills during the second day of practice for the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl at Fullerton College in Fullerton, Calif., Jan. 2. Sawyers, a defensive tackle for the East team, is committed to Vanderbilt University. McClain, a defensive tackle for the East team, is committed to Florida State University. The Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl brings selected players together with U.S. Marines and football coaches to develop skills not only important to football, but throughout life, such as leadership, self-confidence and teamwork. The 2014 Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl will be held on Jan. 5 at 6 p.m. in Carson, Calif. The game will be played at the StubHub Center and aired live on Fox Sports 1.
