U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Thomas Wallin briefs his Marines and Sailors at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Dec. 24, 2013. The Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response recently repositioned from Moron Air Base, Spain. It trains for a variety of missions as directed by national and command authorities, but it remains focused on deterring crises throughout the U.S. Africa Command area of responsibility.
