The crew aboard Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw, a 240-foot icebreaker homeported in Cheboygan, Mich., works side-by-side with the crew of Canadian Coast Guard Ship Samuel Risley, Dec. 23, 2013, in the St. Marys River to ensure commercial vessel traffic continues to move.
