Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Timothy Robertson, of Kenner, La., acts as on-scene leader during a general quarters (GQ) drill in the hangar bay of the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). GQ drills prepare sailors for the highest state of readiness in the event of actual casualties. Harry S. Truman, flagship for the Harry S.
