A Shock Trauma Platoon with Alpha Surgical Company, 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, applies stabilizing care to a simulated patient during a mass casualty drill aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 10, 2013.
