Sr. Master Sgt. Brian Cooper describes the levee as a waterfall as Hurricane Gustav dumped torrential rains and winds across southeast Louisiana., Sept. 1, 2008. Cooper and a team of Louisiana Air National Guardsmen delivered over 3,000 sandbags to breach points and helped shore the levees and flood walls.
