U.S. Army Lt. Col. Robert Magee and U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Clinton Reiss uncase the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division battalion colors during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Dec. 14, 2013. The Dragons of the 1/63rd CAB transferred authority to the Vanguards of the 1/18th CAB during the ceremony. Magee is the commander of the 1/18th CAB and Reiss is the battalion’s command sergeant major.
