U.S. Army Lt. Col. Jason Wolter and U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Luis Freyre case the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division battalion colors during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Dec. 14, 2013. The Dragons of the 1/63rd CAB transferred authority to the Vanguards of the 1/18th CAB during the ceremony. Wolter is the commander of the 1/63rd CAB, and Freyre is the battalion’s command sergeant major.
