U.S. soldiers with the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division and the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment wait for a transfer of authority ceremony to begin at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Dec. 14, 2013. The Dragons of the 1/63rd CAB transferred authority to the Vanguards of the 1/18th CAB during the ceremony.
