The Los Angeles class fast-attack submarine USS Oklahoma City departs Naval Station Norfolk near the Ticonderoga class guided-missile destroyer USS Normandy. Oklahoma City will travel to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, N.H., for a scheduled overhaul, marking the beginning of a two-year homeport shift to Portsmouth.
