JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Richard Steg, 73, of Storrs, Conn., arrives to shore via a 47-foot motor lifeboat crew from Coast Guard Station Mayport, Fla., Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010, hours after being rescued 47-milles off the coast of Florida.
