SEATTLE (Aug. 28, 2005) Retired Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer Vince Stauffer and his wife, retired Coast Guard SPAR Betty Stauffer, are recognized for their contributions and service during World War II during the America's Celebrate Freedom Salute, World War II 60th Commemoration in Vancouver, Wash.
