Marines with Combat Logistics Company 51, Combat Logistics Battalion 5, 1st Marine Logistics Group use a tractor rubber tired articulate steering mult-ipurpose vehicle to pick up Texas barriers at combat outpost Jumayiah so they can be loaded onto logistics vehicle systems and transported to Al Sora on, Aug. 29-30, 2008. The combat outposts are where service members worked out of to provide additional safety and support for the Iraqi people during the early years of the war. Now the platoon sized bases are being demilitarized and consolidated with the larger bases outside the cities.
