Lt. Col. Mark Collins, a Phoenix, native, administers the oath of commissioning to newly promoted Chief Warrant Officer 5 Jullius Harris, a native of Sumter, S.C., following a promotion ceremony at Camp Taji, northwest of Baghdad, Sept. 1, 2008. Harris was promoted to the highest rank for warrant officers. Collins is the commander of the 225th Brigade Support Battalion "Mongoose," 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, and Harris is assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 225th BSB.
