NEW YORK - Monsignor James J. Dorney, Roman Catholic Priest, at St. Peter's Cathedral in Staten Island, N.Y., was presented the title of 'Honorary Navy Chaplain' November 20, 2012. Lt. Travis J. Gardner, Coast Guard Chaplain, Sector New York requested that Dorney be selected as Honorary Navy Chaplain in honor of the 20 years he has supported the Navy and Coast Guard at Fort Wadsworth, Father Capodanno Memorial Chapel on Staten Island.
