SAN PEDRO, Calif. - Members of Coast Guard Sector Los Angeles - Long Beach's container inspection division check cargo coming into the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach during Operation Hazoween, Oct. 31. The surge operation was done in concert with Customs & Border Protection, California Highway Patrol, Coast Guard, and other federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to ensure hazardous material was properly loaded and marked.
