Georgian locals working for the U.S. Agency for International Development help load hygiene kits and meals ready to eat into a truck to be distributed to various internally displaced persons facilities throughout Tbilisi. European Commands Joint Humanitarian Assistance Assessment Team is working closely with other elements of the federal government, international governments, aid agencies and the Republic of Georgia to help alleviate the suffering of the Georgian people affected by the conflict between Russian and Georgian forces.
