Coast Guard responds to aground tug and bar

The Coast Guard is responding to an aground 40-foot barge and 20-foot tug near Ocean View in Norfolk, Va., Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012. Coast Guard personnel from Coast Guard Sector Hampton Roads are working with the owner of the vessel to provide an acceptable salvage plan to remove the tug and barge from the beach.
