ARLINGTON, Va.- Coast Guard Capt. Lori A. Mathieu (formerly Lori A. Dowd), a native of West Islip, NY, will relinquish command of Coast Guard Recruiting in a time-honored ceremony Aug. 3, 2012, in Arlington, Va., signifying the transition to new leadership, Coast Guard Capt. Ron LaBrec.
