Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen speaks to Sailors gathered in the hangar bay of USS Abraham Lincoln during a visit to the ship. Lincoln is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations to support Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom as well as Maritime Security Operations. Operations in the 5th Fleet area of responsibility are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
