    ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Petty Officer 1st Class Paul Vanacore, a crewmember from Coast Guard Station Atlantic City, and James Risley, nephew of Surfman Harold "Hal" Livingston, prepare to lay a wreath into the water approximately one mile offshore here March 6, 2012. The wreath was laid in honor of Coast Guard Station Atlantic City motor lifeboat surfmen who lost their lives in the same area during a search and rescue mission March 6, 1932, during which only one of the six rescuers survived.
