Search and rescue swimmer Seaman Robert Chittenden and Chief Petty Officer Andrew Moburg, both assigned to the amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge, are hoisted onto the ship after recovering a life-like dummy during a man overboard drill. Blue Ridge is serves under Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7/Task Force 76, the Navy's only forward deployed amphibious force.
