Petty Officer 1st Class Aristotle Legaspi, assigned to the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy, troubleshoots the circuit board of a dentist's chair in the Pohnpei State Hospital. Legaspi is part of a two-man biomedical equipment repair team assigned to Mercy's advance medical team sent to Pohnpei on a weeklong mission as part of Pacific Partnership 2008. Mercy is the primary platform for Pacific Partnership, a four-month humanitarian mission providing engineering, civic, medical and dental assistance to Southeast Asia and Oceania.
